After an allocation recommendation is run and a pre-allocation checklist is complete, the Clinical Services Coordinator (CSC) can offer the organ to transplant programs (including out of province organ procurement organizations).
When an offers are made by a CSC, the system notifies transplant coordinators, who have a limited amount of time to respond to the offer.
