Intended audience: clinical services coord - csc

Once primary and backup offers have been sent, CSCs monitor and follow up on responses to these offers. The system provides notifications and dashboard widgets to prompt CSCs when offers have been acted upon.

Viewing offer responses on the dashboard

Various dashboard widgets can be used to monitor offer responses.

Active Primary Offers

Widget shows all active primary offers and their responses. Click on donor ID to open the donor’s entire profile. Click on Allocation ID to open the current allocation that includes the offer.

Active Backup Offers

Widget shows all active backup offers and their responses. Click on donor ID to open the donor’s entire profile. Click on Allocation ID to open the current allocation that includes the offer.

Active Allocations

Widget shows all allocations that are currently active. Click on donor ID to open the donor’s entire profile. Click on Organ to open the current allocation that includes the offer.

Notifications

Widget shows all notifications that have been sent to you, including any offer response notifications. Nothing to click here!

Viewing offer responses on the organ allocation page

The eOffer Responses section is a ranked list of all active offers for this organ, presented underneath an allocation recommendation. It can be scrolled left or right to view all columns.

Offer timer

For any pending primary offers, an offer timer is displayed on the bottom right of the Allocation Recommendation Listing and the Offer Responses section.

  • In green: the time the primary offer was made.

  • In red: time remaining before the primary offer expires.

    • This timer begins when the program views the offer, or 20 minutes after the offer is sent – whichever happens first.

    • If this is a negative number, the offer is expired.

Accept

  • Two CSCs complete and confirm a post-allocation checklist.

  • The offering CSC initiates the organ recovery process (in coordination with other organ offers in progress).

Accept with condition

The CSC reviews and follows up on the conditions, e.g. attaches additional documents.

Decline

The CSC sends a primary offer to another recipient.
