Intended audience: transplant coordinator transplant physician

The eOffer interface allows transplant programs to view and respond to primary and backup offers of consented organs from a given donor.

The eOffer interface is part of a donor profile. Transplant programs have access to a donor's profile for a limited amount of time after receiving an offer notification. The amount of time varies depending on the type of offer.

  • For primary offers, the donor’s profile is accessible until:

    • the transplant is complete (if the program accepts the offer).

    • 30 days after the transplant date

  • For backup offers, the donor’s profile is accessible until:

    • the transplant is complete

    • the offer is discontinued (if the offer is withdrawn).

This article describes the features and information available to the transplant program within the eOffer interface.
