A consented organ goes through multiple stages during the allocation and offer process.

The organ’s allocation stage is indicated:

  • On the donor’s summary panel.

  • On the consented organ’s page, under Organ > Allocation / eOffer > Allocation Details.

Offering

At least one primary or backup offer has been sent for this organ.

Offer accepted

For organs with one primary offer: the primary offer has been accepted and the post-allocation checklist is complete.

For organs with multiple primary offers: at least one primary offer has been accepted and the post-allocation checklist is complete. The other primary offer(s) for this organ are all either accepted, declined, or discontinued.

Discontinued

The allocation for this organ has been discontinued.

Transplanted

The organ has been transplanted.

Recovered for research

The organ has been recovered for research purposes.

Allocation complete

A CSC has terminated an allocation (for various reasons).
