Intended audience: recipient coordinator transplant program admin

The system automatically places holds and suspensions to recipients on the waitlist based on information in their profile and respective journeys. When a suspension or hold is applied, the system notifies the Transplant Coordinator responsible for the recipient (as specified when the journey was initiated.)
