Intended audience: living donor coordinator transplant program admin

A living donor profile stores demographic, contact, clinical, donation, clinical and virology information about a living donor that is used to support their living donation.

The profile can be updated throughout their donation process.

You do not have to fill out the entire profile at once. After mandatory fields (marked with * ) are entered, you can save and come back at any time to add more information.

Creating a living donor profile

  1. Select Living Donors from the main menu on the top of the living donor list page.

  2. Once in the living donor list, select the Add New Living Donor button.

  3. Enter the living donor’s mandatory and optional information in each section:

  4. Select the Save Living Donor button on the bottom of the page.

    • To cancel, select the return to previous page icon or browse to any other page without saving. Any unsaved information is discarded.

The system assigns the living donor a TGLN ID and logs the Living Donor Registration Date and Time. To support further editing, save buttons become active in each section of the profile.

Bear with us. The living donor process has not been perfected yet. See these temporary instructions - OATS Phase 1 steps to create a living donor profile - for starting and completing a living donor profile.
