Manage contact information
Intended audience: recipient coordinator transplant program admin
Recipient contact information facilitates ongoing communication with a recipient during their transplant journey.
Enter contact information when:
You create the recipient’s profile, based on the recipient's referral package.
You obtain new contact information, at any time during the transplant journey.
Adding contact information
On a new recipient profile, you add contact information in the blank form..
After adding demographic information, scroll down or select Profile > Contact Information on the sidebar.
Enter mandatory and non-mandatory recipient information.
Some fields determine which other fields are available. For example, if the Country selected is USA then Province switches to States.
Scroll down and continue adding other mandatory profile information.
The system retains contact information until you complete other mandatory information and select Save Recipient at the bottom of the profile.
Viewing and editing contact information
You can edit contact information on a previously created recipient profile.
Go to the recipient’s profile, then select Profile > Contact Information on the sidebar.
Update fields, as required.
Select the Save Contacts button.
To cancel, select the return to previous page icon or browse to any other page without saving. Any unsaved information is discarded.
The system updates the recipient’s profile with the information you have entered.
