Intended audience: all

The system sends notifications to users about important events, such as:

  • A primary or backup eOffer has been sent, or will expire

  • A primary offer has been accepted

  • A waitlist suspension will be applied

  • An ExD status has changed

  • An ExD eSignature is required

  • A post-transplant follow up is due

The messages you get depend on your role, your subscriptions, your location (and for some notifications, your work schedule). For example: Transplant coordinators can choose to get notified when eOffers are made to their transplant program, while they are on call; CSCs automatically get notified when offers are accepted.

Notifications can be delivered via one of the following channels:

  • Dashboard notifications

  • Email

  • SMS text message

You can control which notifications you receive and how you receive them.

The TGLN User Administrator can also manage notifications on behalf of users.
